Looking for a quick and easy holiday gift? This Rosemary Infused Sea Salt is the perfect homemade gift that everyone can use. Quick, easy and inexpensive.
  • 1 Cup Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 Cup Coarse Sea Salt
  • Sealable containers (I used small canning containers with metal lids)
  • Fun Labels (I was making mine for a gift)
  1. If necessary wash the rosemary. Allow to air dry if you washed it (you need to make sure it's completely dry, or it will cook not dry in the microwave). Remove the rosemary from the woody stalks. Roughly chop the rosemary.
  2. In a small glass bowl combine the rosemary and sea salt until evenly combined. Place the bowl in the microwave, and heat on high for 3 min. Remove from the microwave and stir then place back in the microwave for 2 min. Remove from the microwave and stir the mixture then set aside to cool.
  3. Once the rosemary infused sea salt has cooled; place in a sealable container.
