Guess what?! It's Cherry and Peach season! The combination of the Stone Fruit being in season inspired this wonderful Stone Fruit Salad with Honey Dressing. Simple. Elegant. Fresh!
  • 5 to 7 pounds ripe stone fruit (I used a mix of nectarines, peaches, plums, apricots, and cherries)
  • ½ Lb dinosaur Fruit aka Pluots
  • ¼ cup sugar (or your favorite sugar substitute like honey or agave)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Wash and dry all of the fruit. Slice all of the fruit into pieces.
  2. Slice all of the cherries in half and remove the pits.
  3. Combine all of the fruit into one large bowl. Pour the honey and lemon juice over the fruit and toss gently. Place the salad in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the juice to flow from the fruit. You can keep in the fridge for up to two or three days. Feel free to make this the night before your event. This Stone Fruit Salad with Honey Dressing is the perfect addition to your next brunch.
