Being healthy is hard, and we all need to start somewhere right?, Where to start is the question? We can help!

Happy New Year!!! Welcome to 2017 and the new and improved you!

This months goal is drink half of your weight in water each day, and take 20 min a day doing something that you love.  Something that you enjoy doing, but just never have the time for (walking on the beach, reading a book, listening to music, writing in a journal, gardening).  This year its all about you; the whole you!  I will wait a second so you can stare in disbelief.  You were probably expecting me to say run a mile, or do 100 squats a day.

This year I’m thinking taking a different approach.  There is something to be said for having balance in your life and reducing stress.  If you wanted to stay active and you love Yoga that would be a wonderful way to use this time.  I love to read, so I’m going to alternate yoga with reading.
